Positive and Negative effects of Coffee


I've started out my day with a cup of coffee. My day wouldn't be so complete without it. Yes, It's totally addicting. I limit myself drinking coffee one cup a day, two cups will do, but unfortunately, one cup is enough for me.
The best advise to everyone, just drink coffee moderately. Too much caffeine can cause hallucinations  and other unpleasant effects.

Taking too much coffee does not give you a healthier result but there are some people find its positive effects. There are some reviews say that its best to take 3-4 cups a day because of its antioxidant properties that help to protect body away from free radicals.

 Drinking coffee is totally addicting but I don't want to drink overly and live like a zombie. I want to sleep at night! I want to spend my whole night dreaming things, rather than being so paranoid thinking like some creepy things around jumping on and off my bed. Totally annoying but it's true. 

Here are some positive effects of taking in coffee:

POSITIVE EFFECTS:

1. ANTI-OXIDANTS
As I have mentioned earlier that it helps to protect your body away from free radicals. Free radicals are the side effects of chemical reactions when losing electrons and that's how anti-oxidants help a lot in supplying another electron to prevent cell damage.

2. GOOD STIMULANT
Increase alertness of an individual. The stimulants help to increase activity in the brain. Drinking coffee is advisable to keep us alive and awake whole day.

3. AWAY FROM CANCER
Harvard Medical Study has shown that people who are 50% drinking coffee are less likely develop cancer such as colon, prostate and breast cancer.

4. ASTHMA/BRONCHITIS REMEDY
It is good for those who have difficulty in breathing. Coffee has been used to relieve the asthma attack. The aroma of coffee and this certain smell helps them feel relax and relieve.

5.  ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE
It helps to improve memory and less likely to develop Alzheimer's disease. Study shown that people drinking coffee are more brilliant and smart in analyzing things. They can be able to remember things easily.

6. ANALGESIC PROPERTIES
It has an analgesic properties that help you out away from headache or migraine.

We are all aware that too much consumption of anything develops bad results. Always bear in mind that everything has a limit, moderation is the key. If you want to live your life to the fullest, so be it, do what you want without abusing yourself and others.

Here are some negative effects of coffee.

NEGATIVE EFFECTS OF DRINKING  TOO MUCH COFFEE:

1. INSOMNIA
Taking too much caffeine disrupt your sleep cycles by having a less deep sleep  You can't even sleep as early as you used to be.

2. ADDICTIVE
Drinking coffee is so addicting. You might ask more cups after drinking one to two cups. You use to drink it daily with more cups and feel weak without it.

3. ELEVATE HEART RATE
Certain people are coffee dependent. They will feel anxiety and panic without it and have a greater risk of having a heart attack when taking too much.

4. STOMACH UPSET
Too much taking coffee can cause an acidic response in the stomach that may lead to excessive bowel movements.

5. RESTLESSNESS
Restless. Thinking and doing something about anything without resting.


And another thing, the coffee is also good for the skin.

    Don't drink a lot of coffee because it may cause insomnia as stated in the article. Instead drink more beneficial beverages such as Goji Berry Juice. It has far more benefits than a cup of coffee.
